Lucknow: The trend of a stable increase from the average Daily Covid vaccination has swimming in October.
The health department officer connects drop to a low picture for the festival season.
However, experts warn that people may not delay vaccinations for any reason.
The decrease in vaccination speed also means that the target to fully vaccinate the entire population of adults from Lucknow in the first week of January will be postponed a month.
The mass immunization campaign against Covid-19 began on January 16.
Initially, the drive was only open to health workers and frontline workers, but gradually expanded to all ages or higher.
Vaccination rates increased rapidly in August and September with the Ministry of Health who organized several mega drives involving non-governmental and religious organizations.
However, the level of vaccination in October has so far been 26,151 every day, a 31% decrease compared to 38,018 inoculation on average per day.

Manoj Agrawal said that many people avoid vaccinations during Navratra when they fast.
He added that he was convinced that voters for vaccination would increase after Diwali.
“We will arrange more mega drives to compensate for the decline in October,” he said.
