Lucknow: Seven more cases of dengue fever are recorded in the state capital on Tuesday, taking cooperatives from January to 443, which 83.5% (370) patients have been reported in the last 35 days.
New casts include three women and four men and reported from Chandarnagar, Aliganj, Indiranagar, Turyaganj and Kanpur Road.
Three serious patients were hospitalized, while others recovered at home.
The health department official claimed that the reduction of sources and anti-larval activities had been carried out in their homes.
Meanwhile, during the ongoing anti-larval drive, the Ministry of Health team found Larva Aedes Aegypti (Dengue Vector) at 17 houses after scanning 1,870 sites in Shankarpurwa, Faizullagej, Bhawaniganj, Rajajipuram, Triveninagar and Gomtinagar Area.

KP Tripathi said, “We have directed Asha workers and other public health workers to refer to family members of dengue fever patients in the state capital twice to trace their health.”
