LUCKNOW: Lucknow Development Authority has diminished interest on its own home and industrial properties that are offered for sale.
LDA officials stated a concession of 2 percent over the rates of interest will be provided on home units, apartments or business units.
The jurisdiction was charging 11 percent interest in the principal figure that has been decreased to 9 percent.
The decision was taken at the board assembly of LDA officials urged by divisional commissioner Ranjan Kumar along with LDA vice-chairperson Abhishek Prakash.
Officials said that this will draw more buyers and increase LDA earnings that has been impacted from the pandemic.
