Lucknow: An old farmer, who has sold the land for RS 3.4 Crore recently, was found killed at his home in Chinhat.
The deceased was identified as Gopi Kashyap (75) from Juggur, Chinhat.
One of his daughters, Kashyap’s ritu from Barabanki, filed a complaint to the police.
Two other big sisters Munni and Sunita married.
Munni lives with her husband Munna in Juggur while Sunita and her husband RAM advice lives in Barabanki.
The police said he lived in his father’s house in Juggur today.
Around 7 in the morning, he left serving tea for his father but found him lying dead.
He suffered an injury to his head and dismantled a sign in his throat.
The police reached the place with a sniffer dog and then took two grandchildren of Gopi Jai Singh and Shiv Singh in detention suspect their role.
“Initial investigation revealed that Gopi had sold his ancestral land to the population of Lalulai for RS 3.4 Crore and got Rs 40 Lakh as a down payment.
However, the family began to risk money claims,” said ADCP, East, Qasim Abidi.
Ritu told the police that RAM advice and Munna (her sister’s husband-husband) was also used to fight for their parts in the sale and he demanded the right case probe.
