Lucknow: History-Sheeter died after being sprayed with bullets in a full public view at Campbell Road under the Saadatgan Police Station around 9pm on Saturday night.
The public pursues concessions and because of them, the attacker is arrested.
The deceased was identified as Anwar aka Annu (40) from Tambakoo Bathing in Sadatganj.
He has 17 criminal cases registered with him.
He was eating samosa at a snack shop when the attackers surrounded him and shot him dead, police said.
He was taken to the center of your KG trauma where the doctor said Anwar was taken dead.
ADCP West Chiranjeev Nath Sinha said that the attacker was identified as Shariq was controlled by the public and then was handed over to the police.
“We interrogated Shariq to find out the exact reason for killing Anwar.
A bore .315 pistol has recovered from his ownership,” Sinha said.
The restaurant where Anwar (right) was shot on Saturday night told the police that Anwar stood in the restaurant when Shariq reached the scene and they took a fight on the road.
In the middle of the commuter and other public, Shariq suddenly pulled out the gun and shot at Anwar.
Anwar suffered an injury to his head and slumped.
Verbal high voltage spat which resulted in the left killing caused panic between commuters and the people present at the store.
They all ran from the point, police said.
Some young men even though they were shown after they saw several police passes and with the help of the police, Shariq was arrested, eyewitnesses told the police.
According to sources, Anwar’s brother was used to harassing Shariq’s daughter and therefore the last to take extreme steps.
They also claimed that the deceased was a member of the Serial Killer Brothers Gang Salim-Rustam-Sohrab.
Gangs and maids have around 70 cases that enroll in them in various city police companies and are currently nesting in Tihar Jail.
