Lucknow: The Principal of Lalbagh Girls’ College has submitted a complaint of more embezzlement than RS 32 Lakh by members and the carrier of the Management Committee / Committee office which was stopped by the funds and the Community of the Chit Registrar, Kaiserbagh.
In his complaint, the Principal of Arima Rishal Singh said the college was a school assisted by the government and was run by Lucknow Christian Educational Society.
“As the principal, I am also a member of the Management Committee and the Community.
One JJ Avil, her husband Herbart Avil and their colleagues Michel Paul, Ravi Paul and SK Bakion withdraw money from funds on a different date on February 2020,” he said.
He further said he had sent a letter to the Kaiserbagh police station by post and also sent his messenger to file a complaint in March after embezzlement appeared.
The other FIR was submitted to the people mentioned above in the case submitted by the Principal of Christian College Rohit’s spring also with the Kaiserbagh police station.
The complainant said JJ Avil and the others cheatedly pulled Rs 32.40 lakh from Lucknow Christian Education Educational Society.
He also alleged that he sent a complaint to the Lucknow Police Commissioner by Post Speed, but the case was not taken by the police and he had to move to the ACJM I court for justice.
The case is registered in this connection.
ADCP, West Zone, Chiranjeev Sinha said that pine to the people mentioned above under the parts of criminal violations of trust and forgery had been submitted in cases and investigations.
