Lucknow: Lucknow Development Authority will sell plots in 30 hectares of land adjacent to the International Stadium in the Shaheed path to increase its income.
According to LDA officials, the development authority sells plots from 10,000 square meters to 27,000 square meters in the Business Center (CBD) area located on Jalan Shaheed.
All of these plots are intended for commercial purposes.
LDA officials said that the plot was available in an estimated size of 10,000 square meters, 19,000 square meters and 27,473sq meters.
Secretary Lda Pawan Kumar Gangwar said, “About 5% of the total plot costs must be submitted by potential buyers before the auction.
The development authority will immediately do the lottery to allocate the plot.”
