Lucknow: Four cases of dengue fever were reported in the city on Thursday, taking 144 counts since January and 86 since August 1 so far.
The cases of Alambagh, Salenagar, Ruchi Khand and Virat Khand were gomtinagar.
Patients include two men and two women.
All stable and recover at home.
The Ministry of Health team also found Aedes Aegypti Mosquito larvae – Dengue virus carrier – at 11 places after scanning 1,772 houses in Rajnikhand, Triveninagar, Aliganj and Gomtinagar.
Responsible for the infectious disease unit, Dr.
KP Tripathi visited these places with an anti-larval team and took the stock situation.
Notifications have been served to homeowners to clean the place within 24 hours.
“Anti-larva spray is being carried out in places where the case of dengue fever is found.
Training is given to health workers to spread consciousness,” said Dr.
Tripathi.
