Lucknow: The Ministry of Health has begun to collect samples for a three-day sero survey in the state capital from Monday.
The survey was being carried out to assess the threat of Covid because of the omicron variant and the possibility of the third wave.
Head of office spokesman for the head of the head, Yogesh Raghuvanshi, said, “Samples around 100 people in different categories based on sex, age groups and professions have been taken on the first day.” The sample will be sent to KgMu to test antibodies.
