Rita Srivastava, a education that looks for children who are disrupted by hearing at the Bachpan Day Care Center for disabled children, changing their daily routine plans according to their students.

“Some parents do not have cellphones or computers for online classes, we must take extra time from our schedule to make students sit and learn,” Rita said, who taught students in the age group two and half a year to seven years.

If we have to work extra hours or in a strange time, we do it happily.
We try to do fun activities too.

Rajendra Kumar (31), who teaches students who are visually disturbed in the center, said it is important to be friendly to children as it helps in interaction and teaching.
“We must make teaching fun and easy for the extra effort needed.
Not only children, we must teach their parents too.
If they experience difficulties, we ask them to visit the center.
We help them understand the needs of their children , how can they convey their messages through Braille and teach them written languages ​​so they can help their children at home.
I personally believe that every teacher must be able to handle special children.
They are like other normal school students and very talented.
