Lucknow: Lucknow University (Lu) has uploaded a sociological syllabus related to the National Education Policy Curriculum (NEP) on the official website site on Monday after the Toi report highlighted the problems associated with incomplete syllabus.
Toi reports also highlight how low infrastructure and human resources create obstacles to universities related to Lu in implementing NE.
Bring to Toi, Vinod Chandra, Deputy Principal of Sri Jai Narain Misra PG College, who is also a senior Sociology professor, said “Glad to see that the Sociology Syllabus was uploaded and I was sure it would help students to find out their main and minor topics and reduce confusion .
This will also help in planning internal tasks.
“Likewise, he added, Lu also had to focus on improving infrastructure and allow students to choose intra-stream / faculty subjects so that they understand the holistic approach of the NEP model.
