Ludhiana: The district on Friday reported 15 new Covid-19 cases and one death, took the calculation of Koronavirus to 98,656 and the toll became 3,131, said Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma.
Sharma said that this district now has 161 active Coronavirus cases.
He said that every time the district administration and the Ministry of Health found positive or suspected patients in patients, their samples were immediately sent for testing.
Sharma said that on Friday, 8,637 samples were suspected of being sent for testing.
