Ludhiana: Police Samrala on Thursday arrested a drunk police officer for allegedly behaving badly with a female doctor and threatened to shoot him and staff at the government hospital.
The defendant was identified as the ASI Parminder Singh from Rajewal posted at the Kitchlu Nagar Police Station.
Osho Balaggan, a medical officer in the emergency ward at Samrala civil hospital, alleged that Parminder visited the hospital at 12 am Wednesday night while describing himself in addition to Sho in Pau Ludhiana.
He complained of anxiety.
While he was examined, the police behaved badly with him and staff.
When the staff tried to calm him down, he threatened to kill him.
The complainant said he also admitted that he was drunk and they bravely researched.
Further medical officers said police officers tried to catch breast milk, but he became too aggressive.
He said after that, more police were called and he was arrested.
Meanwhile, in viral videos, ASI sounds threatening to shoot staff.
In addition, police officers continued to threaten them that he would report to Charanjit Singh Channi’s minister’s chief about them and show the video, he made.
Prakash’s sub-inspector still, Sho, Police Office Samrala, said the police had been arrested because of attacks or criminalities to prevent public servants from dismissal and criminal intimidation between other parts.
Sho said the defendant posted as inches from Kitchlu Nagar Post left at 11pm on Wednesday.
Police officials said he complained of anxiety and when the doctor began to examine him, he began behaving badly with the staff.
Meanwhile, medical staff sought security considering the incident.
They also demand strict action on breast milk.
