Ludhiana: Commissioner of the Patiala Punjab Division, Chander Gaind, on Thursday directing the National Highway Authority (NHAI) to immediately repair the service path under a high road project which is part of the Ludhiana-Ferozepur pathway, and made motorbikes before September 30 .
Maintaining a review meeting accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma, Gaind said that service lines were in very bad conditions and commuters were carried out because the attitude of the executive agency was careless.
Gaind said that this project was very important and NHAI had to solve all problems immediately by removing all obstacles until September 30 to ensure a smooth trip for city residents during the upcoming celebration season.
He also asked NHAI officials to also clean the no need to be on the road for a fluent traffic flow on stretching.
He then mobilized HR Jagdish Sehigal to monitor repair work personally and submit a report on October 1 about the status of work.
Warning the Executive Board, he clearly said that he would write a letter to the Chairman of Nhai against the body acting if he failed to complete repair work on September 30.
Gaind also directs the NHAI that the drainage system on both sides on both sides.
The highway must be redesigned to ensure water does not stagnate.
Meanwhile, he reviewed the implementation of other superior programs including Ghar-Ghar Rozgaar, Smart City, Smart Village Campanye, Playgrounds, Titarust Punjab Mission, and others, and said that these programs must be carefully implemented to ensure the welfare of people.
He said that each officer must ensure that every beneficiary who meets the requirements is borne by this superior program.
He praised the administration of Ludhiana District to reach a 100 percent work target under the Ghar-Ghar Rozgaar program.
He asked officials to personally supervise the implementation of the state’s leading program at the grassroots level.
