Ludhiana: The city of the industry has been ranked second among the smart cities in Punjab while the overall ranking of 43.
Previously, the city had been ranked 37th overall and first in the state.
Officials said Jalandhar was ranked first in Punjab after several changes made by the United States in the criteria of ranking smart cities where expenditure of the city was better.
