Ludhiana: In the case of a large violation in the security of the income tax office on Jalan Ferozepur in Ludhiana District, the official laptop was stolen by an unknown person.
The police filed firs in this matter on Thursday night.
The police suspected of inner involvement.
FIR was filed on complaints of the Inspector of Harkesh Meena, from the Office of the Income Tax Commissioner (Unit Appeal).
Importantly, the appeal unit creates data on all taxpayers who have tax disputes, in addition to the daily draft orders and recordings.
In the complaint inspector, Meena said that the last laptop was used on October 7 but on October 11, it was gone.
A police officer said that adequate security personnel were deployed in the office and no one could enter easily and could gain access to any equipment in the office.
