The process slowed when officials were busy in the election arrangement.
Officials said they were trying to hire consultants to prepare detailed project reports.
A committee is also formed for purpose but its members cannot meet because of the model behavior model.
Additional Commissioner Aaditya Dachalwal claimed that they had gone through a company presentation approved by the central agent and the final decision would be taken by committee members.
He said they had prepared the DPR for solid waste management, but the government asked to come through consultants.
So, they now complete the process, he added.
Since February 4, 2021, there has been no processing of waste at Tajpur Road Dump Yard as the A2Z waste management company stopped working.
Now, the situation is such that the stack of garbage can be seen in a dumpboard remotely.
Waste chaos has created problems for the nearest area.

In addition, the separation of the source and collection of garbage doors to the door is also affected.
Towards the election, officials had refrained from taking action against absenteeism which did not meet the needs of the separation of resources at home.
Segregation sources are also victims in the trash.
In a report submitted to the National Green Tribunal, officials have claimed that they did a 50% source separation in the city, but this was only a claim, said the source.
Meanwhile, political parties have taken several problems, but the problem of waste is not looking for a list of priority local candidates who compete for assembly elections.
Vice President of the State BJP Parveen Bansal said, “It is not a matter of garbage is not important.
I always consider local problems as the most important.
We will try to resolve this problem as soon as the BJP is in power in the state.” Candidate Akali Dal from the East Constitution Ranjit Dhillon said the factory This waste processing was installed during a sad regime, and Congress only turned on the ongoing work.
He said they would streamline the situation after power.
