MUMBAI: In a veiled attack on former president BJP, Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday said behaving with”lust for power” throughout the coronavirus pandemic may result in”anarchy”.
Saving lives was the important thing today, he explained.
Launched in an online interaction ordered by Marathi every day Loksatta, Thackeray said folks would not forgive him when he did not offer clarity about why he needed power.
“If folks who voted for me personally don’t endure the Covid- 19 pandemic, then what’s the usage of electricity,” he explained.
“Acting with excitement for electricity Covid-19 will result in anarchy,” he said, without even seeing the opposition party.
