M-Cap from BSE-registered COS up to high for fresh life

New Delhi: Market Capitalization The companies listed in BSE reached a fresh life high of more than RS 275.20 lakh crore on Tuesday, driven by a sustainable general meeting in the equity market.
Benchmark BSE 30-share continued his victory for the third consecutive session on Tuesday.
It rose 221.26 points or 0.37 percent to settle 60,616.89 on Tuesday.
In three days, benchmarks have risen 1,015.05 points.
Assisted by optimism in equity, market capitalization of companies registered in BSE reached Rs 2,75,20,698.50 Crore on Tuesday.
Investor’s wealth also surged 4.05,806.62 crore in three days.
“The market ended slightly higher in volatile sessions, tracking mixed signals.
Initially, weak global cues were weighed on sentiment.
However, resilience in the Department of IT not only limits the downside but also helps a higher index.” Like today Diapress, the index major from other sectors also contributed to that step, “said Vice President (Research) Ajit Mishra.
In Tuesday’s trade, HCL Tech is the largest enhancer of the 30-sharing frontline package, jumping 4.30 percent, followed by HDFC, followed by HDFC Tech Mahindra, TCS, Sun Pharma, RIL and SBI.
In a wider market, medium index and small hats rose to 0.15 percent.
