New Delhi: The market capitalization of companies registered in BSE reached the highest point of all time from Rs 2,33,06,440.17 Crore on Wednesday, mainly driven by optimistic sentiment in a broader market.
At the close of trading, BSE Sensex jumped 134.32 points or 0.25 percent to 52,904.05, registering the second consecutive increase session.
The company’s market capitalization registered in BSE reached the highest record of Rs 2,33,06,440.17 Crore at the end of trading that day.
The wealth of investors has surged 1,42,806.24 crore in two days of market rally.
“Even though the global signal is negative, the domestic index cuts its initial losses and soars high supported by expectations of strong Q1FY22 results in the IT sector and profitable economic results,” Vinod Nair said, said the Head of Financial Services Geojit, said.
IT Tech Mahindra Company, HCL Tech and InfoSys are the biggest advantage of 30-stock packages followed by L & T, Tata Steel, ITC and TCS.

In a wider market, BSE MIDCAP and small indices rose to 0.24 percent.
Sectorally, BSE, Teck, capital goods, health care, and metal indices are closed up to 2.25 percent higher, while realty, oil and gas, energy and automatic index, among other things, ends lower days.
