Gurgaon: Parang August 24 in the Rajendra Park House which ended with four murders only had one target, Sunita, and the other killed because they had witnessed the crime, accused the complaint submitted to the police on Saturday.
Sunita (32) was the son-in-law accused of being accused of murder, a 65-year-old property dealer and former Army Rao Rao Singh, and was the first to be hacked with machetes, according to the police.
The other three were killed were Singh’s tenants who lived on the floor above them – Krishan and Anamika Tiwari and their nine-year-old daughter.
Their younger daughter (6) is a survey surviving.
In his complaint, Ashok Kumar accused the conspiracy by Sunita’s father-in-law to kill him to seize the plot in Mahendergarh that their father had talented him at his wedding.
Sunita married Singh Anand’s son Yadav in November 2011 and marriage, according to Kumar, was only stated after the land was transferred with Sunita’s name.
Kumar claimed the Singh family had pressed Sunita constantly for dowry and her marriage life was never peaceful.
“My father talented one is land for my sister at the time of his marriage.
The value of the land is around Rs 1 Crore.
The Singh family has observed this land.
They want us to sell land and give them money,” Alleged Kumar.
He claimed Sunita had experienced harassment and physical abuse and had been dragged out of the house by in-laws on several occasions.
Therefore, Sunita lives in their parents’ house in Mahendragarh for four years after marriage, where he completed a nursing course, Kumar claimed.
Sunita has worked as a staff nurse with a hospital in Gurgaon until last year.
“He was not allowed to speak on the phone Every time, he claimed, Singh apologized in front of Pancrayat to solve the problem, but Sunita’s abuse never stopped.
Kumar has asked for an investigation into Anand’s role and two other family members.
Besides Singh, the police suspended his wife Bimeless for allegedly accompanied him during murder.
The police questioned Anand, but he had not been named in FIR.
Anand is not at home at the time of the incident, according to available information so far.
He had gone to Khatushyam at Rajasthan the night before murder.
Singh, who surrendered at the Park Police Station Park Rajendra after the murder, was believed to have told Sunita and Krishhan police cheating and he had seen them together several times.
Kumar accuses this is fiction to cover the real motives.
He insisted his sister was the only target and tianwaris was attacked because they had come to examine hearing his shouts and witnessing evil.
Eight-year-old daughter Sunita, who was at home during murder and was a key witness, was under Kumar’s care at Mahendergarh’s house since murder.
He earlier this week told Ti he fell asleep in his grandparents room, who shared the wall with his parents’ room, when he heard a loud shout in the middle of the night and woke up.
He said Bimeless told him that the shout was from a place in the neighborhood and put it back to sleep.
The boy remained in the room, which was locked from the outside, and considering the police opened the door the next morning.
The police have not yet, so far, submitted separate firs based on Kumar complaints.
Investigation, said source, focused on the analysis of the details of the victims’ calls and was accused and collected other technical evidence.
“We are investigating all possible aspects,” said ACP (UDYOG VIHAR) Rajiv Kumar Yadav.
Kumar’s is the second complaint in this case.
The first submitted by Brother-in-law Krishhan Ashwani Mishra, basically FIR was submitted to Singh below 302 (murder), 307 (murder attempts) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) IPC and the arms acted at the park station Park Rajendra.
Part 34 (general intention) was added later when the bimeless was arrested.
