PATNA: The Madhepura district and sessions court on Tuesday refused the normal bail request of former MP cum JAP main Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav from the 32-year-old kidnapping case .
The courtroom of district estimate Ramesh Chand Malviya denied the bail petition on grounds which Yadav has blatantly and deliberately falsified the intricacies of the bond given before for 28 decades and it’s because of his own latches the situation couldn’t be disposed of punctually.
