Madhepura: A trader was shot dead by criminals who were transmitted through a motorcycle to fight a booty offer near Rasna Bazaar under the Gwaldara Police Station area in the Madhepura district on Sunday night.
The victim, Arvind Sharma (42), a resident of Pachklak Village in the neighboring Saharsa District, was on his way home with his motorcycle after closing his emergency potato shop when the incident occurred.
Arvind Satto Sharma’s father followed him on a bicycle.
Three criminals were transmitted through Arvind motorbikes and took cash and bicycles from him.
The criminals shot him when he tried to fight.
When Satto lifted an alarm, the locals rushed to the place and took Arvind to the hospital, where he was referred to Madhepura.
However, Arvind gave up on a bullet injury on the way to Madhepura Hospital.
