Vidisha: Activist Right-wing organizations allegedly created a commotion and spoil vandalism at a missionary school in a city in the Vidisha district of Madhya Pradesh.
They claimed the conversion of eight students, charges were rejected by the Institute of Education, police said.
The police have registered riots against unknown people after the incident at the place of Saint Joseph School at Ganjbasoda, about 48 km from the district head office, under the relevant parts of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC), sub-divisional officers (SDOP) ) Bharat Bhushan Sharma said.
The defendant is being identified and further legal steps will be taken, he said.
Sharma said the school property was damaged.
Eyewitnesses said the stone was also pelted in the school building during the commotion.
However, the office-carrier of the Vishwa Parishad (VHP) State Nilesh Agrawal Office told PTI that they only organized peaceful protests outside the school and then filed a memorandum to local government, and denied every role in the disruption in the Institute.
“We have nothing to do with the alleged commotion because of our peaceful protests after notifying local administration.
Some organizations have protested since the last week of repentance and demanding investigations.
Poor students brought from other countries are being converted,” Agrawal was allegedly.
He said these organizations had demanded an investigation into alleged religious conversion.
In the memorandum submitted to local administration after protests, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Hindu MANSH and the right-wing organization accused the school management to convert eight students.
In memorandum, these clothes accuse school management and churches associated with it force students not to apply ’tiliak’ (color marks) on the forehead and wear ‘Kalava’ (holy thread worn by Hindus on the wrist).
It was also alleged that students were forced to say Christian prayers.
In a letter to the district collector on Sunday, the Church of Saint Joseph, however, has denied all the allegations of religious conversion and claimed rituals carried out in eight Christian children such as ‘Janeu Sanskar’ in Hinduism (related to wearing white threads, sacred.

The church also called for an investigation to determine the truth.
In the letter, the church accused several local YouTube channels that spread fake news about religious conversion and created communal tensions, and demanded punishment on them.
On the other hand, the principal, in a separate letter to SDOP, seek protection for staff members and students, say the exam is being carried out at this time.
The principal’s letter also said the image of the alleged conversion circulated in the media was not from the school.
