New Delhi: Minister of Chief Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan met Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Thursday and discussed various development problems related to his country.
This is Chouhan’s second visit to the country’s capital around a week.
The meeting between the two leaders lasts about an hour.
Interacting with the media after the meeting, Chouhan said he had a discussion with the Prime Minister of several problems and policy initiatives taken by the government.
Chouhan said he also gave Prime Minister Modi about the Covid-19 situation in the state and added that the pandemic was controlled and vaccination was taking place in full swing.
Praising Modi, the ministerial head said his energy “inspirational” and his ideas helped in developing policies.
Last week, Chouan had met with BJP President J P Nadda and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and R K Singh.
The main ministers of the countries rule BJP often visit the national capital and fulfill the leadership of the party’s center.
Minister of Justice Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar and Himachal Pradesh Cm Jairam Thakur has visited Delhi several times this month.
