According to the Petitioner, despite the government’s orders (going) stated that national holidays clearly stated that it applies to all the efforts of state governments, corporations and councils, Tasmac stores which are also owned by the state on holidays like that.
Therefore, as a step while the Petitioner wants the court to direct the state government to close Tasmac shops during the Pongal vacation from 14 to January 18.
