Madurai: Allowing Requests to Move by Madurai MP Su Venkatsan who are looking for directions to the center to ensure that all communication between the center and Tamil Nadu and the people are in English only, the Madras High Court on Thursday directing the center to strictly the provisions of the Act Official Language.
The judge’s division and Kirubukan and Justice M Duraiswamy observed that after representation was given in English, it was a central task to send replies only in English because it was the same as the provisions of the official language law.
The judges observed that this was the era of communication and information.
Some languages in this country are thousands of years old and many are 100 years old.
The government must take steps for the preservation and development of all languages.
The judges observed that someone could understand the importance of language because these countries were reorganized by language.
Referring to Article 350 Constitution, the judge observes that someone has the right to submit his representative to each official in the middle or state in Indian language used in India.
Su Venkatess has moved to court after he received Hindi’s reply from the Ministry of State for the affairs in the representative he sent to establish the exam centers for the encouragement of the CRPF paramedic recruitment in Tamil Nadu and Puduchhery last year.
This center proposed that the reply was sent to MP in an initial Hindi language and it was unintentional.
Further central delivered that there will be no violations of the official language law and the official language rules in the future.
Record central submissions, the judges direct the center, their officials and other instrumentalities to strictly follow the provisions of the actions and rules.
