Maha allocates a dose of 115Cr vaccine for the month

Pune: All 12 doses of covid crore vaccines for July have been fairly distributed among countries (depending on population size) and demands for more must wait until the supply increases, the Ministry of Health official said.
“Uttar Pradesh was followed by Maharashtra, Bihar and West Bengal in vaccine allocation,” said an official from the Ministry.
On Friday, Deputy Minister of Maharashtra Ajit Pawar said except supply from the center increasing, the state would not be able to streamline its vaccination program.
Maharashtra has been allocated 1.15 doses of crore for July.
Has requested 1.5 dose of crore.
Officials in the main state district, including Pune, said that their target of more than one Daily Vaccination was completely dependent on how much the central government shipments.
On the past few days, the drive on several Civic Run sites in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad were affected because inventory was limited.
The Ministry of Health officials, when asked about the demand of the state, said that the additional for allocated supplies will cause supply gap and demand in other countries.
The official said, “Gap in (vaccine) demand and supply is a global problem.
Vaccine producers have now increased their production with four times, but requests have risen too.
That is why we start with priority groups (health workers and front lines), Followed by vulnerable groups and then moved to a group of 45-plus and 18-plus.
“The official said the center did not doubt the ability of Maharashtra to improve the drive drive, but at this time could not send more doses because supplies were still limited.
“Vaccines are biological products and have to undergo required checks before distribution.
Even if the state demands direct inventory, this process must be done, which will delay the supply.
The quality of supply that is consistent must be ascertained and it takes time,” the official said, who did not want to named after, said.
He said that the “desire” vaccine has increased after the second wave, adding that production has been increased to fit the level of new demand.
“Vaccine production has increased from 2.5 crore to 12 crores.
The work is in all fronts.
We also add vaccines from more manufacturers.
But all of this will take time.
Next month, we will see further supply,” said That official.
Vaccines from modern foreign producers and Pfizers are expected to land in this country soon.
At least 30 doses of crore from biological jab are also part of the center supply plan for the rest of this year.
Other central officials also confirmed that the union government was committed to allocating 50 crore doses until Juliend and 135 Crore between August and December.
The authorities also expect daily vaccination in this country to increase from 50 lakh to Crore.
India has provided more than 7.7 doses of Covid-19 Crore vaccine since launching a central vaccination policy that has been updated on June 21, with an average inoculation of 51.6 lakh per day.
