Mumbai: Minister of Environmental Environment The Aaditya Thackeray said the state government now “actively considered” alternative locations for Metro 3 warehouses insisting that Kanjurmarg still has the best choice because it has been proposed as a hub for three different Metro lines.

Timesviewovery two years after it canceled the Metro 3 car warehouse in Aarey, the Sena-LED Shiv government had failed to find alternative sites.
The cost of this subway project has increased by RS 10,000 Crore and funds from Japanese loan agents will also dry out immediately due to the absence of government actions.
The state must complete the car warehouse dispute and set a strict timeline to get the project back to its track.
If the depot cannot appear in Kanjurmarg, the location of the new sound is technically and financially must be resolved quickly.
“The plot of Kanjijurmarg is supposed to be a warehouse car for several Metro lines such as 3, 6, and 4.
It is designated by the ground for Metro 6 Car Shed.
