Maha Govt red-faced after Param beer gets SC protection

Mumbai: The order of the Supreme Court who gave the former Police Commissioner Mumbai Param Bir Singh protection from arrest in cases of it in the state, has become embarrassing to the government MVA.
To worsen the circumstances, it has now emerged that the government missed the opportunity to pressure his case against Singh in the APEX court – this did not submit a warning in response to his appeal.
If the country has filed a warning, The Apex Court must provide an opportunity to be heard before serving.
On the contrary, the APEX court passed orders and issued a notification to the state government to respond with the next session on December 6 Singh has been given protection until then and has been asked to take an investigation.
The source said the high-level meeting was held in Mantrallaya to discuss supervision.
Interior Minister Dilip Walse Patil and Secretary of Additional Head (Houses) Manu Kumar Srivastava did not respond to questions about this issue.
In September, Bombay HC has dismissed Singh’s request who tried to cancel the initial question of the state government against it.
Param’s suspension call only after the return of Uddhav, HC has refused the petition of Singh to make PES knised on the grounds that he should approach the Central Administrative Court.
Singh appealed this order at the Supreme Court.
The country has also not acted on the second proposal for the Singh suspension sent by the Director General of Police Sanjay Pandey earlier this month.
The source said the decision about the proposal would only be taken after the Head of the Minister of Uddhav Thackeray returned from the hospital.
The first proposal was sent in September for Singh’s suspension and 25 police personnel named for extortion allegations.
The proposal was returned by the House Department to the Office DG.
The last requested to provide specific details because everything might not face the same level of cost.
The modified proposal was then sent looking for the suspension of Singh and Deputy Police Commissioner, earlier this month.
Singh last attended the office in May and then went underground, refusing to respond to several calls and warrants.
He was declared proclaimed the perpetrators by the Judge Court in Mumbai last week.
In the SC session, on Monday his lawyer finally revealed that he was in the country and was willing to submit to an investigation by the CBI or other institutions, but not Maharashtra police.
Singh accused the former minister at home Anil Deshmukh corruption but then told the Chandwal Justice Probe panel that he had no evidence to support his claim.
So far, five fir has been registered in Singh in the state on charges of extortion.
He also faced two questions by the country’s anti-corruption bureau.
In addition, the Chandwal panel investigating Singh’s accusations has also issued a warrant against him when he did not appear before.
