Mumbai: After rising for three consecutive days, Daily Covid cases in Mumbai registered swimming to 423 on Friday compared to 440 on Thursday and 415 days earlier.

But he warns restrictions can be reduced anytime.
“I urge the public to follow all the protocols and they should not put the government in a position where everything must be closed once again,” he said in Pune.
BMC doctor said the best was watching for the next few weeks for the trend.
“When relaxing restrictions on August 15 and crowding increased, this slight increase is expected.
However, this increase has the potential to deteriorate and, so, it is important to remain vigilant,” said Dr.
Rahul Pandit, a member of the Covid Task Force.
