Maha Man was ordered to upload text slander online

Pune: A man was booked on Friday with allegations uploading slander and other material about the leading political personality of Maharashtra on his social networking page.
Dnyaneshwar Vitthal Bade (28) The Colony model filed a complaint with the police after going through the social networking page.
The police are now studying the details of the page in question and also trying to find out where the page is operated.
According to FIR, when some people objected to posting, he answered them in a humbling way.
“The page operator is posting an insulting comment over the past few months criticizing political leaders,” said a police officer Shivajinagar.
The case of the page operator has been submitted below 500 (defamation) and 505 (statement creating or promoting hostility) from the Criminal Code.
The police also request the provisions of the Information Technology Act.
