MUMBAI: Maharashtra and Mumbai reported their cheapest single-day positivity rate from the next Covid-19 tide on Saturday.
Maharashtra reported 8,912 instances from over 2.34 lakh tests ran at the previous 24 hours, requiring its everyday proximity rate to 3.8 percent.
The test rate rate (2.1percent ) at Mumbai too fell to the lowest in the next wave on Saturday since 33,136 tests demonstrated 676 cases.

“Since the amount of acute patients falls, the everyday deaths will definitely fall also,” said a physician in the BMC hospital.
Further municipal commissioner Suresh Kakani stated that the civic firm is stepping up attempts to make sure the town’s health infrastructure is prepared in time for its next wave.
“Now, AIIMS manager Dr Randeep Guleria has stated that the next wave is unavoidable and might be here in August.
We’ll accelerate the practice of openness.
