MAHA: Reception for FYJC 1st Round ends today at 6pm

Pune: The extension of the day has been given to students to complete acceptance in universities allocated in the first round of the first year of Junior College (FYJC).
Now, students can confirm their reception until 6 pm on Tuesday.
The decision to provide a 30-day extension for submission of caste certificates was also taken by the Centrular Reception Process Committee (CAP) on Monday.
Of the 38,858 students allocated various universities during the first half, 29,550 have confirmed their reception in college each until the afternoon.
A total of 22,665 students were allocated their first choice in the first round.
According to the rules, it is mandatory for students to confirm their acceptance in the same college if their first choice is given, failing they will be blocked for the remaining regular rounds.
On the last day of reception, 81,175 seats remained empty, until around 8pm.
In the Mumbai Metropolitan area in the state and in five Metropolitan Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, Nashik, Amravati and Nagpur Municipal Corporation, need to submit various documents for FYJC receipts.
“It has been shown that many students included in the categories provided do not have their own caste certificate or have submitted a proposal for the issuance of caste certificates.
Therefore, many students face difficulties in reception due to lack of caste certificates,” said Dattatray Jagtap, Director of Primary Education and secondary countries, say.
Students must upload the school certificate to leave and mark the sheets and non-cream layer certificates in ‘Student-Login’ after clicking ‘Continue to enter’.
