Mumbai: The lower graph of the second wave continues with a decrease in daily detection in Maharashtra and by recording Mumbai under 400 Covid-19 cases twice in the last three days.
On Thursday, the state reported 7,302 cases and 120 deaths took a total case with 62.4 lakh and fatality to 1.31,038.
With 389 positive cases and 10 deaths, total Mumbai cases rose to 7.3 lakh and tolls to 15,801.
According to BMC updates, 30,509 tests were carried out in the city and the test level of the test was one of the lowest at 1.28%.
Mumbai has 584 critical patients in different hospitals, while 38% of 2,288 Covid ICU beds are occupied.
Additional Commissioner BMC Suresh Kakani said the fact that testing the test below 2% every day revealed that the situation was under control.
“However, we will not impose our obligations because we want to capture the earliest third wave,” he added.
At the state level, although Covid cases in Kolhapur declined, the area enrolled the highest daily cases (2,458) and 45 deaths, followed by Pune administrative circles with 2,427 cases and 17 deaths.
The Mumbai circle enrolled 1,190 cases and 35 deaths.
State government officials said the number of covid tests carried out by the state would definitely fall in the next few days due to heavy rainfall and situations such as flooding in several districts, including the level of high infection of Satara Regency, Sangli, Raigad and Kolhapur.
“With continuous rain, there are challenges for the district government to continue covid care.
The number of tests and vaccination is bound,” said an official.
