Mumbai: Maharashtra on Saturday reported 8,172 new Covid-19 cases and 124 deaths that took the insults of state infections to 62.05.190 and the death toll became 1,26,851, the health department said in the release.
A total of 8,950 patients were removed from the hospital, pushing the total person recovered to 59.74,594.
The state has a recovery rate of 96.28 percent.
The case fatality rate reached 2.04 percent, while there were 1,00,429 active cases in the state, the release said.
There were 5,77,615 people in quarantine houses while 4,156 people were in the institutional quarantine.
With 2,20,851 samples tested since Friday night, the calculation of the Coronavirus test conducted in the country rose to 4,52,60,468.
The city of Mumbai reported 469 cases of Covid-19 and 12 deaths, took the cashier to 7.30703 and the death toll became 15,690.
The larger Mumbai division that includes neighboring satellite cities reported 1,512 cases and 29 deaths.
The case of this division rose to 16,24,459 and the death toll became 33,231 the Nashik division reported 979 cases and seven deaths, while Pune divisions added 2,493 cases and 29 deaths.
Of the 29 deaths, 16 reported from the Satara District.
The Kolhapur division added 2,635 new cases and 48 deaths.
The Aurangabad division reported 170 cases and one death, while the subordinate division recorded 291 cases and seven deaths.
The Akola division reported 51 cases and zero deaths, while the Nagpur division recorded 41 new cases and three deaths.
