Mumbai: Pune Entrepreneurs have filed a police complaint against the owner of the SFL Fitness Pvt Ltd and four others, including Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband, Raj Kundra, for deceiving Him Rs 1.59 Crore after luring it with the opening of the opening of the fitness center franchise in Pune.
Nitin Barai (59) filed a complaint on Saturday, almost seven years after the agreement was signed, after realizing that the party he had signed the agreement had calmed him down and failed to return the money he invested to get a franchise.

Police said the contract agreement was signed in 2014.
The police registered firs against Director of SFL Fitness Kashff Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kudrra, Darshit Shah and several other people testified in the 2014 contract.
The case under IIPC Sections 420 (cheating), 120-B (Criminal conspiracy), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (general intentions) are registered.
