Maha Zila Parishad, Pancrayat Samiti by-poll on October 5

Mumbai: The State Election election commission on Monday stated the Bypolls to the six parish zilla and their Panchayat Samitis on October 5, without the OBC quota.
The election date was stated a few days after the APEX court said that second prerogative rights to hold elections and restrictions related to the Covid Country in the election did not apply to Bypolls.
“Considering SC orders and a decrease in the number of Covid cases, we decided to declare the Bypoll date,” said Commissioner of the Election of State U P Madan.
Scapping from political order for OBC is a political hot potato, with the community struggling to dominate against the maratha community and its encouragement for quota.
While Maratha is the traditional voice of Congress and NCP, OBC’s voice, especially with BJP and Shiv Sena.
The government was worried about a counter-attack from the OBC community and their move to BJP.
“We will consult with all parties and find roads.
In the future, even regulations can be considered,” said OBC Vijay Wadettiwar.
He also claims that most parties will make OBC candidates from open chairs.
The opposition blames the government for a crisis.
“If the country has taken steps to collect empirical data over the past six months, the OBC quota will be restored,” said BJP Praveen Darekar leader.
Only last week, the meeting of all parties chaired by the Chairman of the Minister of UDDHAV Thackeray had concluded that the state would request empirical data on OBC and seek the delay in local agency polls if the data was delayed.
The SC decision, which confirms that expressing polls is the Prerogative SEC right, has made this option difficult.
In July, when SEC tried to hold the five elections to the Zilla parish, the state had asked SC to postpone polls remembering a pandemic.
SC has requested seconds to decide on the problem after consulting with health and disaster management officials.
The SEC has lived Bypolls.
On September 6, the SEC submitted a Compliance Report in SC, said it was partly completed the selection process and that it could be resolved after the APEX court gave direction and the state to eliminate restrictions related to Covid in the election.
Furthermore, 9, SC decided that the polls were prerogative seconds seconds and the restrictions of Covid countries did not apply to Bypolls.
