Mumbai: Dwelve Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mlaas was suspended on Monday for allegedly creating a commotion at home during the ongoing Monsun session.
MLA has been suspended for one year for allegedly behaving badly with the officers of the Jadhav Bhaskar chairman.
BJP members have entered the home well and shouting slogans against the state government, stabbing him in the first two-day Monsun session.
The Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Anil Parlib moved the proposal to suspend 12 BJP members, including five former ministers, and vote for a majority.
12 suspended members are: Sanjay Kute, Ashish Shelar, Abhimanyu Pawar, Girish Mahajan, Atul Bhatkhalki, Parag Alavani, Harish Pimpale, Yogesh Sagar, Jay Kumar Rawat, Narayan Kuche, Ram Satty and Bunty Bhangdia.
Jadhav, the chairman’s officer told the entire episode at home and directed the state government to take action against members who behave badly in the representative room of the speaker.
In accordance with direction, Parab moves the proposal.
The opposition leader in the Devendra Assembly Fadnivas urged that firm action against members should not be considered as they had apologized to the main officer after the incident.
Clarifying that he and his party, MLA did not misuse the speaker of the Maharashtra State Assembly, BJP Mla Ashish Shelar said that Sena Shiv did not have the courage to fight it, and thus using the method.
Fadniv said that their doubts had proven right because they had exposed the government over the problem of OBC.
He alleged that the story of the disorder was cooked and the government suspended 12 MLA by leveling false accusations.
“For OBC reservations, not only 12, even if 106 MLA is suspended, we will continue our fight.
We are not disturbed even if we are suspended for five years,” Fadnivis said while talking to the media.
Further claimed that there was no BJP MLA using dirty language, Fadnivis added, “I know and everyone has seen who uses dirty language.” “The government thinks that we will bring up their various shortcomings and that is why the actions have been taken,” he said.
