Pune: The State Education Department has decided to cut up to 25% of the syllabus of class I to XII on Friday quoting continuously Covid 19 Pandemics and the closure of the school as a reason.
State Council of research and training training will soon publish a list of topics that will be removed from the syllabus.
This is the second year in a row that the state has decided to cut up to 25% of the school syllabus.
“Based on the deliberation held with various stakeholders & remembering the applicable health emergency, we have decided to revise the syllabus for Standards I to XII for the academic year 2021-22, and reduce up to 25 percent like last year.
The size is taken considering the reduction of the time permitted To set the class and to help students achieve learning goals in a less stressful environment.
