Maharashtra Bandh: All You Need to Know

Pune: The Gultekdi market yard and grocery store throughout the city will be closed, while the autorickshaws tend to live on the road on Monday for ‘Maharashtra Bandh’, which is called Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) to protest the incidence of Lakhimur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh.
Restaurants and restaurants will still close until 3:00 p.m., while sales and services are related to important commodities such as milk, vegetables, fuel, and public bus services will operate.

Additional Police Commissioner Pimpri Chinchwad Sanjay Shinde said they would ensure no shop that chose to remain open would not be forced to be closed.
“Two Plato Srpf and 1,000 police personnel have been deployed across the Pimpri Chinchwad jurisdiction.
We will also ensure there is no confrontation between rival political parties,” Shinde said.
Pune Rural Supervisors from Police Abhinav Deshmukh said they would try to ensure current traffic movements in the state and national highways.
“There will be sufficient deployment to ensure that important services are not disturbed.
The association of traders has said they will close their store voluntarily.
Our local police station is related to them,” he said.
Local officials Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress – Allies in the powerful coalition – resolved to protest peacefully.

Party officials also appealed to various associations – farmers and rickshaws / drivers – to participate in protests.
Madhukant Garad, Chairman of the Gultekdi Agricultural Administrator produced the Market Committee, said that “all traders and commission agents have decided to participate in the bandh.

Because of adequate product intake in all apmc markets in the city, retail vendors have enough stock .
Residents will not face shortcomings.

Rickshaw Panchayat’s Nitin Pawar said the autorickshaws would not ply.
“Because almost all political parties take part in bandh, we have decided not to operate.” Shrikant Acharya, President of the Aam Party Aadmi Rickshaw Chalak Sanghatna, said they would take a general meeting on Monday.
“We will hold a rally from the RTO office to Alka Talkies Chowk.” However, taxis will be layer on the road.

All taxis will operate in the city,” Teacher Katti, President of Swarajya Vahan Kalak Sanghatna, a taxi association, said.
PMPML and MSRTC also plan to operate.

Personal transporter also says it will function.
“Not doing business even for a day is not an option,” said representatives from the Pune bus owner association.
