Mumbai: The State Council of Maharashtra Secondary and High Education (MSBSHSE) states the certificate of class 10 or senior (SSC) on Friday.
The Board has recorded the highest percentage pass.
The total percentage of graduation is 99.95 percent.
Wise the country among nine divisions, KONKAN students have scored a maximum pass of the topping list with 100 percent, Nagpur ranks the last on the list with 99.84 percent.
The percentage of the Amravati region is the second best at 99.98 percent.
Five regions have a percentage of pass 99.96 percent including Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Nashik, and Latur.
A total of 957 students have secured a 100 percent mark this year, the Board chairman said.
Girls outperformed boys this year too.
99.96 percent of girls passed the exam, compared to 99.94 percent of boys.
More than 16.5 Lakh students are waiting for the results of the 10th grade Maharashtra SSC to come out.

The State Council of Maharashtra Secondary and Secondary Secondary Education conducts examinations in the state through nine division boards in Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Latur, Nagpur, Nashik, Konkan, Kolhapur and Amaravati.
Students need a minimum of 35 percent marks on each subject to remove the exam.
While the exam was canceled because the Covid-19 pandemic, the results have been determined by calculating the signs obtained by students in class 9 examination and their score in the 10th grade internal assessment, stated.
Of the total 100 signs, a 50 percent sign will come from their performance in 9th grade, thirty percent of the internal assessment throughout the 10th grade and 20 signs have been assigned to practical or homework or assignments.
