Maharashtra: Bus to Kolhapur, Conkan canceled

Pune: Maharashtra State Road Transport Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has canceled all buses to Kolhapur and the KONKAN region due to heavy rain and flooding.
More than 100 personal buses go to Konkan and Goa from various parts of the country have also been canceled.
“All buses to and from Mahad, Ratnagiri, Chiplun, Dapoli, Guhagar and Hotel in the Konkan area have been canceled,” said a senior official Division Pune MSRTC.
Avinash Bhholse, Public Relations Officer MSRTC, said no bus from any part of the country went to Konkan and Kolhapur.
An official at The Swargate Bus Depot said, “Buses to Kolhapur showered until 11 o’clock in the morning.
Traffic to Kolhapur has been stopped after that.
There are no buses coming from Kolhapur to Pune”.
Anand Lohe, a private bus operator that his vehicle with Goa Via Konkan, said, “On Thursday, 10 buses from various parts of the area left for Pune.
But they have not yet reached.
More than 100 personal buses from various parts of State Py to the region Konkan and more than 90% have stopped the operation.
The bus to Goa is not prying.
Passengers get a refund.
“Many commuters said they chose the cancellation of the ticket.
“I was supposed to go to Kolhapur on Friday to attend my parents’ birthday.
But looking at his condition, they told me not to come,” Nishesh Kamath, a professional who worked in Pune, to Toi.
A railroad center official said the southeastern and northeast part did not have landslides on Friday.
“All trains run throughout the Ghat.
But the train service between Miraj and Kolhapur has been canceled due to the increase in water level in Panchganga,” said a central train official.
Overall 13 trains, including Deccan Express and Indrayani Express, which originated and passed the Pune Rail division, had been canceled until July 27.
However, Queen DECCAN will continue to run.
Te Pune-Ahmadabad Express will not ply on July 24 and July 26 and Ahmadabad-Pune Express will not run on July 25 and July 27.
