Kalyan: Mohan Altezza 30-storey building project in Kalyan mired in a family dispute.
Mahesh Lalchandani, Jitendra Lalchandani’s developer who built a luxury tower, has transferred Bombay HC against his brother, claiming some violations of building in the project.
Mohan Altezza is the only building in Kalyan with Helipad.
The Petitioner (Mahesh Lalchandani), also a builder, said he had bought documents from Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) which showed that developers had made several violations.
Meanwhile, Jitendra accused that since he separated from his brother 13 years ago, he (Mahesh) has submitted false cases to squeeze it for money.
“When I learned my brother cheating customers with illegal construction, I get details related to the project and then complain to KDMC,” Mahesh Toi said.
According to Mahesh, the protection area, the waiter room, the toilet waiter had not been built on each floor A, B and C building wing and the public passport area had been brought to the flat.
After Mahesh’s complaint, KDMC issued a notice to the builder, after which the builder through his architect wrote to the KDMC who was trying to regulate illegal work by revising the development plan.
Mahesh said KDMC did not pursue this problem and he was forced to approach the court last week.
He has asked the court to direct agents to act against all Mohan group partners involved in the project based on the MRTP law and seeking illegal construction demolition.
“Developers make illegal construction in the internal fields that we cannot destroy and, therefore, we have decided to charge a fine to regulate it,” said Maruti Rathod, the additional city planner KDMC said.
“My project is fully legal and according to the plan approved by KDMC,” said Mohan Group MD, Jitendra, told TII.
