THANE: A significant fire destroyed a garbage godown at Maharashtra’s Thane district in the wee hours of Tuesday, a civic officer stated.

The blaze erupted around 2.10’m from the godown situated at Mankoli at Bhiwandi township, Thane Municipal Corporation’s Regional Disaster Control Mobile main Santosh Kadam said.
