Maharashtra Govt took out the SOP to reopen the school

Mumbai: When school will be opened for certain classes from next week, the Maharashtra government issued a SOP regarding the reopening of the school in the state.
In rural areas, physical classes for 5 to 7 and 8 to 12 in urban areas will be continued from August 17.
According to Soos, the panel of four members must be formed to make decisions about the opening school in their respective jurisdiction.
This panel will be led by city commissioners and district collectors of each district and city.

All teachers and school staff must be fully vaccinated before the opening of the school.
Schools must also be permitted to function in two different shifts.
According to the soup, one student must sit on one bench and a distance of 6 meters must be maintained between two benches.
Parents will not be allowed to avoid density in the school.
Social meetings and functions in school will remain banned under the current SOP.
The school has been asked to ensure settings for hand washing and sanitization.
Local authorities have been asked to see a decrease in the number of Covid cases in the last 30 days in the area where the school will be reopened.

Last Friday, Minister of Education Maharshtra Varsha Gaikwad had announced the reopening of schools in rural and urban areas from August 17.
In the Mumbai and Mumbai Metropolitan regions, each local authority will receive a call to the reopening of the school.
