AURANGABAD: As many as seven people have been arrested by Hingoli police on charges of running a pan-India cheating racket for over a decade and duping number of youths on the pretext of getting them government jobs.

It all started with a complaint filed by Pandit Thole hailing from Vasmat of Hingoli district.
