Aurangabad: Police Karmad has arrested a 32-year-old man on charges of killing his eight-year-old daughter and wrong claiming it became a suicide.
The incident occurred on Monday and the defendant was arrested based on an autopsy report, which concluded that the girl died of the criticism.
An investigation revealed that the wife of the man who was accused of shifting to his parents’ house quoted addiction to liquor and domestic abuse.
He is not ready to return.
Angry on it, he allegedly killed his daughter Varsha aka Sarika, a class III student.
He had a rope on his neck and was found hanging from the wood hook used to dry clothes.
The defendant who was arrested was identified as Dagdu Pache, a Golatgaon resident and a farmer by the profession.
He also worked as a part-time driver, police said.
