Thane: Court sessions in Kalyan Maharashtra have sentenced a 50-year-old man to be imprisoned for life for stabbing his son to death for domestic disputes.
Additional session Judge AAA Shaikh on Friday found Sandeepan Hazare guilty, sentenced him and demonstrated him Rs 5,000.
The additional public prosecutor Yogendra Patil told the court that the accusations and 29-year-old son of Mukesh often fought with each other.
As a result of one of the quarrels in 2015, the defendant attacked his son with a knife when he last fell asleep and killed him, he said, adding that a violation was registered at the MFC police station in Kalyan.
The prosecution examined a total of 8 witnesses to prove crime, said Patil.
