Mumbai: About 29% of SSC and 27% of HSC students passed in accordance with the offline complementary exam results stated by the State Education Council on Wednesday.
This exam was held in September-October.
In the nine educational divisions in the state, 13,969 HSC students sat for the exam.
In Mumbai, from 5,089 which appear, 1,043 or 15% passed.
Last year, the percentage of pass was 16%.
The latter has the highest percentage of this year at 47% in HSC, while Mumbai comes in eighth.
In the case of SSC, 10,477 students appear and 3,053 passed.
In Mumbai, 21% of students passed the exam, because they were against 30% last year.
Nashik students have the best performance with a percentage of 50% pass, followed by Nagpur at 40%.
